🕒 Please Note

• Requests for return/replacement are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

• The issue must be reported within 1 day from the date of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all tags (if any were attached).

• Please provide clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage when contacting us.

Refunds

For prepaid orders, if the return is approved and the product is successfully returned, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business working days.
